24’’ long sanding mandrel.

This is a custom sanding mandrel made of 4130 prehard steel. This tool is used to clean up the weld in cocking tube, using 1.00’’ emory cloth. (You can buy this on amazon.) The mandrel can be cut to custom lengths for your specific job.   This tool is only meant to be used in a hand drill at low rpm! Never exceed 800 RPM  

Never used this in a die grinder! They spin 20,000-30,000 rpm! It was never designed to do this.  It will bend instantly and could be dangerous for you and your project.
